The grill on my built-in electric oven has stopped working.

My first thought was that it would be cheaper to replace the oven, rather than getting it fixed.

However, although the basic oven itself is quite cheap, getting the old one disconnected and scrapped and a new delivered and connected actually will work out rather expensive.

Can anyone advise whether repairing a defunct grill is viable?

    Hi Gilda

If you post up the make and model number of the oven I`m sure someone will be able to advise you.
