can anyone help? we have a cr02 thats blowing the 10amp fuse on the pcb every time the motor action starts.i have had both motors out (after a struggle).both are ok on a bench bench test.customer also said about f15 fault.after looking up the fault code,i have cleaned & lubricated the clutch and gearing assembly behind the pulley which has made things much easier to move, hopefully this will cure the gearchange failure.i cannot see anything else wrong with the machine, apart from it being an ugly piece of !.i can only imagine the fault is in the module.this is the first time i have worked on one of these & it could be the last,so any help would be great.

Did you verify motor for earth leakage? 😯

I would like (if it’s possible) to post some pictures from front&back side of PCB together with motor (from connection plug) in order to help you. I didn’t worked before on these machine (aren’t available here) but would help me to see what is there. 8)
