    The engineer who looked at my oven says he’s never heard of Eurolec ( ? ) and I can’t find a manufacturer’s web site. does anyone have a suggestion as to where I can find parts.

    this appliance is actually made by Delonghi for PABL for WATERLINE group.

    Sorry Brian but definitely not a Delonghi one
    I would suggest that it is manufactured by Terim Spa.
    Servicing used to be by AIS but it may have been moved to ISDAL.
