SMEG dishwasher

    i have a dwi710e1
    2nd 4th lights are on and the 5th light is flashing
    there is water in the machine but i can`t clear the fault and so it won`t do anything
    anybody got any ideas please

    I’ve had a couple of these where the fault indications don’t match anything in the codes list and so I resorted to replacing the pcb.
    I didn’t get called back 😉

    Doesn’t make sense, MDE.

    Random fault codes are often caused by the dispenser solenoid on these – dodgy/wet wiring seems to cause havoc.

    Thought test cycle might eliminate component fault.

    PCB can also go faulty and give dodgy fault codes again caused by dampness inside door.
    Only ever found out by puting in a new one do.
