    Hi Folks,

    Hoping someone with SIOS can help me with the part number for the lid switch on this USA model.

    That ones not on my SIOS, gave up on the 6monthly updates a year or so back so not up to date. the usual one (esp if the screw mounitngs ahve broken) is 481903950298

    Thanks for your response Eastlmark.

    I reckon this switch is the one, but none of the distributors seem to have in stock, I have been able to effect a repair to the switch and keep it going whilst the customer gets one from the states via a relative out there.

    What was it, mountings broken by any chance?

    Hi Eastlmark.

    The switch had almost fell in half when the sealant/glue holding it together had failed. I sealed it again with silicone and used a cable tidy to reinforce it and it seems fine.
    Bit of a bodge but got the customer out of trouble.
