Bosch Fridge/Freezer KGU32125GB

Good Morning All

It is a very grey morning here and I have to finish my little one sand box today and paint the base coat ready for him to put his trade marks!!!

Well this what happned at the weedend. On Saturday nighr my son and my nice took out a mini milk and left the freezer door a jar.

I discoverd this on Sunday Morning as went in to the Kictchen heard the alarm saw the door open!!!!!

I have done following:

1. Switched Off the Machine for 12 hours and deforsted
2. Removed the back of the freezer section and looked at the evapourator not iced up or ice spots, without damaging the runners!!!
3. Fans working
4. Water tray on the compressor not full of water some water
5. Compressor not overly HOT
6. Checked the PCB for smell and visual shorting NOTHING report

Now this what happens:

When the The Machine is switch on, the super freezer is switched on the temp does go down to minus 29 and it does not hold to minus 18 , WHY??
After the supper freezer is stop.

What is the next step

IS there a mechanicl or electorinic failure to call an engineer from this site

Or purchase the part from the spares section and fitted my self.
