Just had a phone call from a friend on holiday in Ireland, he cannot get the door open on the tumble dryer in the rented cottage he is staying in. Says it is a Novum.????

Anyone heard of them or have any idea what the problem could be. 😕

Cheers Chris, he has just texted back to say he has managed to get into it, some kind of interlock that he had not understood, he is a high up tech bod at Virgin Media on the digital TV side, I did suggest the RTFM solution which appears to have done the trick. 8)
