    Hi

    Does anyone know the part number for the Temperature Switch on a Diplomat Washing Machine, Model: 8702

    Any help would be gratefully appreciated as always.

    Hi Jamie,

    The variable thermostat itself part number 526007101 which should be available from Masterpart etc.

    I managed to get hold of this part, but when it arrived it was an older mechanical type and the one i’m after is an electronic one.

    Do you know the part number for the electronic “newer” type one?

    if it’s the little rheostat which replaced the larger switch on some of these then you’ll be after 502004801 🙂
