Did ISE install number 90 this morning. 8) noticed new serial number, 07-******-06, the stick on labels all had a different colour and best of all the revised user manual complete with the reset instructions came with the machine, nice one.

At least I know now that at least one delivery went to plan, it appears another went wrong on Friday afternoon, of course Friday the 13th. 😕
The manuals should now come with the new stock, there should be “ISE5” on the soap drawer and the manual has been updated as you say with the reset and some other little bits I added. The reason that the reset was put there was we have had a few people stabbing the start button impatiently and that causes it to lock, as you know, so hopefully that should alleviate some of the silly no-fault calls.

I looked for ISE 5 but didn’t see it, 😕 I have been giving all customers a copy of the reset procedure until now.
PS. Can you send me some more 5+5 registration cards.

There’s a thing with the 5×5 cards and we’re really low on them.
John was wanting a change made I think… or something. It’s late, I’m tired… what can I say. 😉
In the meantime if required just use the 1+5 one and score that out and put “5×5” in there and we’ll get the message.
On thing that has been a bit of a surprise is that the 5×5 has been more popular than the 1+5 by an absolutely huge margin so we’ve absolutely hammered through them far faster than we thought we would.

I suppose that at a pinch I could photcopy some registration cards onto some suitably robust material.

Err, well, you see… it’s kinda like this Tony…
I did send one, but I had two addresses and I didn’t know what one was right so I took a guess it was the later one (or so I thought) and sent it anyways. Well, that one came winging it’s way back on Wednesday or Thursday of last week. At which point, owing to the postal strike I thought, bugger it there’s no point re-sending it to the other address until Monday. 😕

Hi Guys,
I can now come clean as the last of the ‘old stock’ left CDA this morning.
Our July shipment with the new livery and instruction mannual on the outside started going out from our new distributor Hi-way express (of Wakefield) last week to test the system.
With david being away we managed to cock up a couple of orders (sorry Martyn & Rick deliveries tomorrow) but from now on you have a regular delivery day once a week with the option of an 48 hr service if you need one in a hurry.
Cards – as Ken said we are running short of 5 x 5 but have mountains of 1 + 5. I am reluctant to re-print for the sake of one number therefore in the short term could I ask you to modify the 1 + 5 when you send them back to David. I how to have news of a slicker system (not e-mail) at Sibson in September.
