Beko WMA10W Fault

I have a Beko WMA10W washing machine that is currently not working. It sets away ok begins to fill but only does one revolution or so of the drum at any one time and skips around the program timer quicker than normal. When the cycle has finished there is still water left in the drum as if it has been given enough time to drain. If you manually select drain, the water goes away fine. There also seems to be a constant clicking noise from the timer that never used to be there. Any ideas what is a fault??
