    Fitted modified evap cover a month ago. Metered all sensors fuses heaters ok as i always do. cust now on phone saying fan is running but condensation on vents and fridge temp cool in bottom but not in top. I assume iced evaporator. Middle bar of fridge displayed.

    Sensor? any ideas appreciated.

    simon, middle bar of fridge displayed means that the unit hasn’t defrosted within it’s time period (80mins i think).
    this fault condition points to defrost circuit.

    you would probably be better to change

    defrost sensor da32-00006u
    thermal fuse da47-00095e

    have you fitted samsung latest cover evap assy…if not you might need to

    da97-05290q without cool zone
    da97-05290 with cool zone…

    also b4 you do anything check evap, and drip tray heater are working…

    via forced operation…you can force fridge heater to come on…

    Evaporator heater has failed now. Customer calling Samsung to claim cost of repair back :rolls:
