    Hi there,

    Can someone please help?

    My washer/dryer seems to automatically go into the dryer mode, even when I don’t select the dryer option on the dial. We’ve had it for about 3 years and it it’s never given us any problems until now.

    I’ve had some delicate garments ruined recently as they ended up getting fried in the dryer. 😯

    Any suggestions would be ace!

    The rather weak contacts on the back of the dryer control can come adrift and cause this, please be sure to remove the plug f you are going to have a look, or try the link below to see if we have someone who can help.

    Thanks for the advice. I’ll check out the back and let you know how I come along. I’ll also take your advice and see if an engineer can help.
