    Hi
    New to this forum so any help appreciated.

    I have the above fridge freezer – it gets to its freezing temp then rapidly starts to go down. Only super freeze is keeping stuff frozen – just.

    Is it the pcb board or the compressor or what?

    What I would do first is switch appliance off for 24 hours to defrost and see how it performs from then on. If you still have a problem then come back to us 🙂

    Hi, I have a KGU32121 that is doing a similar thing, it gets down to -20, then comes up to about -6, then back again, it does that about 2 or 3 times a day, and the super freeze doesnt make any difference. The fridge works fine though. I have another fridge freezer, so I tried turning it off for a couple of days but it has made no difference. Any clues about where the fault is would be appreciated!
