I have a problem with this machine, it will fill on all programs, but if you select spin, nothing happens. There is a vertical row of eight led’s at the right hand side of the control panel, the one second from the top and the bottom one are flashing. If someone knows what this fault code is I would be grateful.The motor and pump check out o.k. Cheers!

the lights you say indicate E41 which relates to a door open/lock fault, this is a user fault to check the correct fault code you need to access diagnostics .does it have a display and do you know how to access the diagnostic cycle??.

There is no display on this model, just the bank of l.e.d.’s at the right hand side, and the rows of lights indicating programs and options. As to the diagnostic sequence, I do’nt know this procedure. In reply to fennyaps, there is nothing in my inbox.
