    We have a hotpoint aquarius dwf50 which will not start.
    We can select program, press start and the wash light indicator will illuminate but no water comes into the machine.
    We have had no error lights flash and have checked both filters on the water inlet and they are clear.
    The food debris filter compartment is full of water. Is this usual?

    does it make any noise at all? if not sounds like the door switch it not connecting

    either that or the pumps jammed!
