hotpoint BFI680

called to see this one today, customer says poor wash, not heating water. d/w less than 18mths old. checked fill level, wash motor action, spray arm movement all ok. because i am going on hols on sat and am booked tomorrow i had to suggest …call hotpoint …have you got the receipt…no said he, i bought it off e-bay. so over to you hotpoint, because i will have sleepless afternoons by a pool somewhere, any one have any suggestions as to the possible fault and fix?
