    Hi there

Having switched the machine on it runs for a minute or so then stops.

On opening the door both the daily wash and eco cycle indicator lights are flashing. The detergent has not been dispensed.

Could you tell me what this means and what do I need to do to rectify the situation?

    Many thanks

    S

Many thanks for the diagnosis 😀

I see that I can order a new element from this site. Will I have any problems trying to fit it myself?

I think you should test the heater first before making a purchase.
In my case it was the heater but it could be board fault.

    POWER OFF BEFORE WORKING
Remove base to gain access to heater.
