    Please can anyone out there help? Our Hotpoint FDW80 dishwasher is dispaying fault code AL99. The Hotpoint Service Centre are refusing to advise us what the fault code indicates, stating that we would need to call out one of their engineers which will cost us a minimum of £90.00. Is this necessary or are other less expensive options available to us? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Communications Error between the PCB.

    We’ve had this problem with a unit at work, it’s only intermittant though.
