Hi, Hope someone can help.
My Samsung RS21 DCNS side by side fridge freezer has a display problem.
It is 6 months old. Recently the water filter light started flashing red, then a few days ago it stopped – then the LCD temperature display went off, as did the the Power Freeze and Power Cool lights, Ice type and Child lock.
The Twin Cooling, Deoderoizer, and Water filter are lit up as normal, and the fridge appears to be working as normal otherwise.
What could have caused the display to fail? I can’t tell the temperature of the f/f or the ice type, even though they are working?
BTW I emigrated from the UK with the appliance so there is no chance of a UK engineer callout.

Hi shish,
If you are in an EU country, IIRC, Samsung should still honor the warranty these days although I’m not entirely sure of that but it’s worth a go.
It could be anything that’s causing the problem but my primary suspect would likely be the control PCB. That said, I’m not terribly familiar with the unit.
