2h means cycle will take longer than 2 hours.
Have you checked the heater isn’t o/c ?. This model also has the turbidity sensor fitted, so could also be gunged up.

Hey Dopper!….What have you checked out on it so far I wonder? OK we know already, so far at least, that the countdown timer seems a little erratic. But please do tell us more 😉

Have you checked that the element isn’t down to earth or going down under load (not that I condone live testing !). These elements when down cause no end of timer related issues.

It may heat when down to earth (I presume cust doesn’t have an RCD otherwise it will trip) but will not get to temp at all (this will feel hot to the touch though) – This situation is VERY dangerous as can potentially make the cabinet live ! So the only way to tell is when isolated safely & resistance tests carried out between disconnected element tags & to the cabinet or an earth tag. Please be very carefull !!!

Gotta be either a break in wiring/loose connection or Module (Which is the norm)

Yup agree with above but no power to heater can be weak recirculation for whatever reason or low fill. This will result in the microswitch on the heater not to operate and therefore removing one half of the feed to the heater. 🙂

PS – My money is on the solder joint of heater relay 😉

I’d give you 12 to 1 on 😆
Incidentally every one i’ve been to with a failed heater or more usually pcb dry joint manages to get significant heat in the water from the wash pump getting hot 😉
