Model srs43c12gb/21 not draining,I suspected something trapped in pump and after much grief getting the pump off, having removed the offending object I cannot get it to fill. I removed the two chambers on the side put it all back together to get to the pump ,any ideas? P.s it now pumps out beautifully.

Oh my god! It’s going to involve another call to sort this one 😉

I cannot imagine why you would want to remove the fill matrix to get at the pump? The pump comes out easily having removed the outer door panel and the front kick panel only! 🙂

So I guess the safety level switch has come into play here somehow? Is the base clear of water? Are the microswitch plugs in place on the Pressure Switch Unit?

There is no water in the bottom, I haven’t touched any wires, both micro switches are off.

Then you must have pulled a wire off somewhere I would think? Link wire to valve from pump accidentally knocked off on reassembly perhaps, Dunno?

Its either that or he’s knocked off one of the wires from the pressure (antiflood ) switches !? – Or a bit of gundge has come loose & blocked the pressure system bellows (or water in them)
