    i am going to one of these tomorrow
    model wil153uk
    customer says there is play on the drum and its quiet on spin till it gets to about 1200 then banging noise
    is this a sealed tub?
    i am presuming one of the shaft supports on the drum has snapped

    Sadly, yes it does have a sealed outer drum. 😥
