    Hi there, any advice on this would be helpful –
    got a customer with a servis washer dryer M9503 approx 9 months old complains that after each wash the soap drawer is still mainly full of her wash powder ,tried different powders to no avail .
    is there any advice we can give her on this

    make sure she is putting it in correct compartment if she is only low water pressure will cause this i would think.

    this soap draw is opearated by tharmal actuators the same design as the door locks these are switched by small triacs on the pcb if these do not operate then the water will go to the wrong compartment

    had one recently where the traic had shorted keeping actualtor open permanently

    take lid off and check operation look for both on and off state at various times of the programme

    Hi

    Also the actuators are on a holder that is only push on fit, due to vibration the holder comes loose and needs to be reseated into correct position with a dab of super glue.
