    Hi. I have a Candy CIC324AK build under fridge and freezer. The freezer alarm has gone off but nothing was defrosting. I can mute it by pressing the “Super” button, but the red light stays on. I cannot hear the compressor running. How do I re-set it? ❓

    Hi,

    It sounds awfully like the compressor is pumping weak or just plain goosed. All too often with integrated machines due to a lack of ventilation.

    There is no reset procedure.
