door straps and quadrants both broken replaced ok door now holds up, but will not hold on the latch, it springs open. if you pull the door up slightly things improve slightly anyone had this problem? could the hinges be at fault or do the pivots on the door wear?

9 times out of 10 door hinges bent where it has crashed down,easy way to tell if you open the door so thats its horizontal it should be horizontal, if its pointing to the floor then hinges it is hope this helps smartin

Make sure that the top basket is going all the way home. Could be a broken basket wheel. This has thrown me before.
