Bosch SKT 20 Table top

Hi, this may well be a silly question but since I know nothing about these things….

I’ve finally got my second hand dishwasher fitted (it’s quite an old machine but purportedly has not been used much and been in storage most of the time). When checking the filters I see there is water remaining in the sump – is this a problem or just normal?
