Baumatic BF13 ceramic hob query.

Baumatic BF13 Ceramic touch control hob. No. NJB460145.

I’m not sure if this is a fault or the customer is a bit thick. :rolls:
The front left (small plate) with a pan on it cuts in and out every 10 seconds or so on simmer. OK…so when a pan is put on the large plate at the back of the hob and is hot, the front plate cuts out and doesn’t maintain pan temperature.
Although it seemed to work perfectly for me. 😉

Just out of interest, are there any issues with these hobs; especially the ‘fault’ I’ve described above?
