    I have a necht wqp12-9319 dishwasher which we foolishly bought from Kitchens. It appears that these are notoriously rubbish! The small flap which opens mid-cycle to release the washer tablet unlocks during the cysle but does not ping open and the tablet gets stuck. I presume there should be a spring to open this small flap fully when it unlocks? Can you help?

    If you dont have a tablet in the dispenser does the spring mechanics work OK manually? If so the fault is with the tablet not the dispenser.
