customer usually uses prog g..fills wash action then stops, moves dial on manually w/m continues. checked brushes ok, heater ok. it has the indesit board 215007255.01
timer/prog selector 1665/15 1003
suggestions as to fix please.

Is it a BWM12 R or a BWM129? If it is a 12R it suggests the machine is a factory reworked machine.
Does it work on other programmes, does it do the clicking knob, flashing light thingy?
If you manually move the timer knob on these it should click all the way round through 360°. 😕
Now as for suggestions as to what to do with it, don’t tempt me. :rolls:

it’s definately a 12R…the cust is going to try a few different progs and let me know. will post with news…

richardDespair, me never, now had you said a sense of reality, or inevitability you would be nearer the mark. 😉
Deffo sounds like a factory reworked machine.

customer has found sale receipt, hotpoint engineer is booked to fix soon. case closed. if i get info from cust i will post to advise on the service she got etc.
