    Hi – I have a Arison AL128D. When I use the wool cycle (8) the clothes have fluff on them (a lot of it) when the cycle completes. Why is that and how can I prevent this?

    Thanks for any advice.

    Check carefully the inner drum to ensure no damage has occured (especially the 3 drum baffles 😉 ) And follow the manufacturers washing guide booklet that came with your machine. Otherwise read this.
