    Unable to reset or programme machine. Found the console facia has broken around the latch ( real quality :rolls: ) preventing the door latch from opening. If the door switch is closed, will this stop the reset or programming functions?

    I forced the latch open and was then able to reset and selected a rinse programme, machine did four or five short fill/ drain sequences, then a longer drain, then filled and appears to be working normally.

    Also does anyone have the part number and approx cost of the black plastic console for one of these?

    Ive had a few of these if the doorlock is closed you cant reset the board…..

    Which, as Jim has found, is often caused by the console panel breaking……….
