hi, i would be very grateful for some advice concerning my indesit washing machine. I went to put it on yesterday and it wont start, the digital display is still working but when i press the start button nothing happens, but sometimes the clock will start to count down and sometimes the display will say ‘door’, there doesnt seem to be anything wrong with the door. Thanks

It may be the Door interlock is at fault? But if the door actually locks and it won’t start once the door has locked then chances are a component is ‘open circuit’. The most common being the motor brushes. 😉
