Hi folks. Thanks to your wonderfull forum I have confirmed my Indesit WD12s is dead!
Was perfect for about 4 years but recently tripped all my rcds in the flat. I repaired the couple of burnt out module tracks and it was ok for 2 washes but now the usual code 8 and I’ve given up!

Anyway, I know you don’t really recomend washer dryers but it’s all I have room for. Talking to a few local engineers, I’m very tempted with the new Bosch ZWD2452s. Just got one question about it – Has it got reverse action? I can’t find many details on it yet (even from Bosch site) as it’s such a new model but I really want to know. If not, does it really make a big difference to clothes getting tangled?

Sorry for loads waffling on a bit 😆

    Cheers

This model has reverse action on dry.

    Still appallingly inefficient, though………

But that seems to be the opinion on all washer dryers? To be honest my WD12 was good enough for me so surely the Bosch can’t be any worse? My budget is £500 and it has to be silver, which is a bit limiting (Sorry but I’m fussy and want it to match my kitchen 😆 !)
