Yep, when David told me a door glass was smashed I looked at him as if he’d lost it before telling him it was plain old customer misuse.
The view I took was that we didn’t have any issue with it, the customer was a muppet and that, in the interest of peace and goodwill, we’d pay for it. TBH I’ll likely get a b0ll0king for doing so, but heh, cest la vie. 😆
I hope the dozy booger knows that, had it been any other manufacturer, she’d have had the best part of £100 to pay to put it right.
