    customer on phone says that since they had a fault light to remind them of low salt, which they then topped up, the d/w will not start. digital display shows prog selection but nothing happens. he says its about 18months old
    any suggestions

    Yup, feck all to do with the (low voltage) salt indicator circuit…

    custtomer has supplied pnc no. and serial no. d/w not affected by recall.
    any ideas as to what i can look for when i visit?
