    has been defrosted
    freezer is -18
    fridge warm
    fan runs but no air goes into fridge
    any ideas guys

    Usually there is a small vent below and behind the evaporator for the return air that can get missed check its not blocked with ice.

    no machine was off with doors open for 2 days

    Common fault is usally the yellow thermistor 2601683.

    I got this off Hotpoint engineer.
    Test mode

    To run test with the appliance switched off at mains. Press and hold the fast freeze button then switch on the mains.

    Evaporator defrost heater runs for 10secs.
    Gutter heater runs for 10 secs.
    fast freeze led on for 10 secs.
    evaporator fan runs for 25 secs.

    Returns to normal mode after test.

    if the module detects an error the high temp warning light (red) will flash, one second on and one second off, until mains is disconnected

    i presume if i do the test and the led flashes it meens the yellow thermister is faulty then 😳
