Can some one help me with a problem with my Smeg dishwasher?

Its an intergrated model DWI612C about 2-3 years old but the troubleshooting instructions in the manual do not cover the combination of LED lights that are on.

In this model there are 5 LED’s, with a spray symbol on the far left and a pot symbol on the far right. The far left ‘spray’ LED is permanently on, and the far right ‘pot’ symbol is flashing.

I can’t change the program and the dishwasher beeps when I try to close the door and does not start the program.

I’ve cleaned the filter and checked the salt but these are both ok. The closest fault I can find is the ‘E1’ fault but this has the flashing and lit LED’s reversed.

    thanks

That fault indication means it’s registered a leak…ie water in the undertray.

Drain the floor pan (tip back at 45o with towels down) then run it to find the leak.

Power off at all times of course :zap:
