    Would be grateful if some kind person could help me find the filter.

    Filter is in the hose connecting the drum to the pump.

    Power off before removing rear panel.

    Thanks a lot mate.
    It’s also started making an horrendous noise on final spin, but fine on wash. Could this be the bearings?. We have only had the machine 3 years.

    Unless you can hear a foreign object rattling around then yes it prolly is the bearings, and 3 years is about right for many of these to start playing up 😕

    Try the link below for a local near you to repair it for you…unless you are prepared to do a big job yourself?

    Don’t forget that your machine is covered by the manufacturers five year parts guarantee. If the bearings have failed then they will replace all the parts required for labour ( £90) only.
