Does anyone know where I can get an exploded diagram of this model. It is doing the cycle, but is not heating the water. I have checked the thermostat, and element, and they are ok. They are in constant live state, and there is another control somewhere, to switch the neutral in, but I can’t locate.
    Can anyone help, please.

We will not advise anayone with regard to live testing. It is dangerous.

Set your meter to resistance and see what you get with the components split from the circuit.

Thanks for the reply, penguin. I appreciate what you are saying. The fact that they are in a constant live state, even when the program is finished and machine is still switched on, but idle, leads me to believe that there is a governing switch, like a diaphram switch, which controls the neutral end of the circuit. Do you reckon there is a relay involved in that circuit too, and would it be on the circuit board?
Think what I probably will have to do, is get the lot up on a bench and try to trace the circuits with a meter. It’s just if someone could have directed me to an exploded diagram of components, or a wiring diagram, it would have made life much easier. I’ve already fired money at it, a couple of months ago, and don’t want to be wasting any more if it’s not worth it. It’s around 7yrs old.
It’s my own machine, by the way. lol
