    Hi,

    It’s an 18 month old EOU6330 double oven. Top one (and grill) works fine but the bottom one doesn’t even get warm. The light comes on but of course never goes out.

    From other posts in this forum I am guessing that the fan element has gone….does that sound about right?

    Hi Doug,

    Yep, a nice easy one indeed as it is almost certainly the fan element. You are lucky though as this is the replacement and it’s not that expensive. Stock item as well so would probably get shipped pretty quickly.

    is the fuse checked ???
    is the light coming on ?
    is the fan coming on ?
    is the electric meter pre paid
    if so replace the fan element
