    hi,
    I am needing help my father has a Neff cooker hood model HBD-FX20 the motor blew so he took it to bits himself. he has a new one but there is no wiring diagram with it i am a self employed spark but i do not want to blow a new unit he cannot rember what wire wenr where. there is a Blue red Black and white on fan. The same colours coming from light unit but no sign which is live or neutral, if any one can help i would be most gratefull. :rolls:

    You’ll have to ring BSH Appliance Care (08705 543210), ask for technical and be very nice to them. They might send you one if you have the full eNr and Fd numbers.

    Not anymore, they will not give any tech info out now.
    The message says its down to Health and Safety issues.
