    I got this machine new form comet last week. The machine is great except it isnt tajing the fabric conditioner in during the wash. Its still there at the end of the wash. I dont want to call Beko unless i know for sure its not something i am doing wrong 😳

    I have tried it on a few cycles and it has never taken in the fabric conditioner. Does this sound like a fault?

    Steering mechanism on the soapbox top will be jammed or mis-aligned. Use your guarantee.
