hello all
this job has dragged out ill try and keep it short
i fit an ice maker assembley to this ff about 10 months ago this solved the problem for about one week so i went back re checked everything else valve etc no probs found so i rang maytag and fair play they sent me a replacement part foc .re fit part all ok untill now, stopped working again .
rang maytag again now they are saying they will have to send there engineer out if part faulty they will leave a new part(not fit it) if another fault they will charge £120 .im already down on the job and i dont realy want to risk the possible charge of 120. i will always honour the 12 month warranty we give, but i was thinking of refunding the labour charge to the customer maybe and letting maytag take over.any suggestions
