    customer complains not drying on drying cycle.
    element and fan tested ok at visit (unless element o/c when it becomes hot) and i was getting resistance from what seems to be the ntc.
    any ideas would be lovely!

    Have you checked the one shot cut out?

    Several mods to the dryer side on these. common causes of cut out failure, blocked condensor, loose fan catching housing, customer switching off before cool tumble cycle etc.

    HEY THANKS FOR THE REPLY. DOESNT SEEM TO BE A BLOCKAGE AND FAN SEEMS OK.TESTED CUT OUT WASNT OPEN CIRUIT. ITS SOUNDING MORE LIKE CUSTOMER USE PROB!
