Went out to one of these today. The machine fills for a few secconds while pumping out, then stops filling for a while then starts again. This continues untill the lights begin to flash. Removed the metal front from the dishwasher to check for an internal leak but it’s bone dry. Meggad the pass through heater and checked it and its fine.
I Played about with the buttons a bit, and after leaving it un plugged from the mains while I tested the heater, I re-connected it and it now seems to work ok???
The flashing lights are the 1st 3 (rinse, glass & bio) and the 5th (pots and pans led)
Left it working with the customer but I have my doubts that it will fail again in the very near future.
    Any Ideas?
    Thanks Guys,
    Rob.

Sounds like the PCB needs to be reset:

With the door open switch the machine on using the door power button.
Press the program button 4 times within the first 3 seconds of the machine powering up.
At this point you should have both the first and last lights flashing and the middle three should be off – if not start over until you get this sequence.
Once you get the two outside lights flashing press the program button one more time and you will now be left with just one of the lights flashing.
Switch off the machine using the door power button but do not close the door.
Wait a few seconds (10-15 is plenty) then switch the machine back on and set it to a program to test.

Hopefully that should do the trick.
