    Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me!

    I have a Maytag MSE760FAKS, which I started this morning before going out for the day. When I returned, it had only completed 2 minutes of the cycle, and now seems to be stuck. Something is happening, as I can hear it running, but it does not advance. I turned it off, and back on again, and it started when I switched the power on, but before I pressed the ‘start program’ button, making the same noise as before, but not advancing!

    Can anyone help me please?? 😆

    Is it the drain pump gurgling away? If so, the flood protection system may have been activated by water leaking into the base under the machine.

    Power off, if investigating.

    Thank you, will get hubby to have a look tomorrow.

    I have just turned it on again, and it all seems to working ok again, but obviously there is a fault that will need fixing.
