I’ve been reading the stuff in the forum about samsung fridge freezers and they seem to get similar problems. My own one gets a very cold fridge even though it’s on Eco setting. I think it’s when food touches the back of the fridge when it’s tightly packed and I have a lot of veg and fruit in there which i suppose is watery and it does freeze on occasion. the really annoying recent problem is the lake of frozen water which accumulates every few days under the bottom drawer of the freezer. It then leaks onto the floor and I have to take out the huge slice of ice. Is this a simple case of turning it all off for 24 hours? Is there a blockage? The model is a No Frost Cool n Cool RL36EBSW. I’ve looked at the manual online and there’s no mention of how to solve his problem. Anyone able to help?
