    HI 🙂

    I’ve got this applaince and on calling the freezer temp was flashing -20oC
    and the fridge temp said +5oC and was not flashing the temp in the freezer was only -5 and the appliance had turned off at this point there was water in the ice cubes so it had not frozen that ❓ I put it into service mode and no faults came up I then switched appliance off and then on and it fired into life air was blowing around the freezer compartments and fridge compartments also the display then said freezer temp +7oC and it had stopped flashing the customer has since phoned and said the freezer is now down to temp ❓ I dont think this will last ,
    has anyone got any ideas ❓

    I have since been back and fitted new sensors last week and customer has just phone up and said its still the same and when she turns the ice maker on it just leaks water 😕 so HELp please 🙂

    check the components on the defrost circuit, fridge side first.
    the problem is likely to be in there, probably the defrost heater.
    if all the components in the fridge check out ok, then try in the freezer section.
