    Hi,
I bought a Bosch WVT126S and the front panel was damaged on the day it arrived.

An engineer replaced the front panel. However, the replacement panel didn’t have any foam insulation and so the machine is now very noisy.

Bosch are saying that the original machine shouldn’t have had insulation and they don’t know how it got there in the first place.

    Anyone offer any clues?
    Thanks
    Jonathan

The original definately had foam inside – we saw the engineer take the front off to replace it. BSH are saying they can’t explain why it came with foam as its not spec (as you say).

So, how could it have come out of their factory with the foam if its supposedly not to spec?

Unless foam was removable and was supposed to be transferred to new panel :con:
