    Hi,

    I have just had a paddle break in my Hotpoint W865A and I noticed when peering through the gap it left in the drum, that I have a build up a limescale in the heater element, which is obviously not good.

    Just wondered if a good dose of Calgon or similar type product is what is needed to sort this out?
